Competing in the smoking challenge is $30. The required meat is pork with a minimum of 10 pounds. Smokers can arrive at 10 a.m. and judging will begin at 5:30 p.m. First, second and third place cash prizes will be awarded.
Wrist bands will available for $10 for those wanting to eat. Kids under the age of 6 are free.
The bike night begins at 5 p.m. Activities include a 2 p.m. bags tournament, a bounce house, music and a 50/50 raffle. Prairie City EMS will also be raffling a Dyna-Glo Vertical offset charcoal smoker. Tickets are $5 and the winner does not need to present.
